Recognizing the importance of Memorial Day, this year’s Norwalk Jaycees' Strawberry Festival will host a 5k and Fun Run/Walk. This is to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the U.S. military.
We are excited to announce that we have teamed up with Fisher Titus to host this year's race. This will be an in-person event that will showcase Norwalk's West Main Street's Historic District and the North Coast Inland Trail.
Race results will be recorded using computerized pull-tag timing provided by DMC Timing, LLC. The age groups will be as follows:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Race t-shirt pickup will be available Friday from 5 - 7PM and also on Saturday morning from 7 - 7:30PM at the Information Booth in front of Huron County Chamber's Office at 10 W. Main St.
Following the race, there will be a pancake breakfast. All proceeds raised will go towards ACT. Details will be available during t-shirt pick-up.
